The Perfect 6-Step Skincare Routine

So we don't stress about using different skincare products, you just have to use your own skincare products in the simple right way!

There are dizzying and varying opinions on everything from making your skin moisturized to how to protect your skin from UV rays. Ultimately, caring for your skin is simply personal. Here are the steps for a good skin care regimen to sort through all the noise:

  1. Cleanse your skin-
  2. Remove your makeup with a cleansing lotion or a liquid, to eliminate all the dust residue left on your skin! Then smoothly cleanse your face with warm water and rub a small amount of gentle face wash or any kind of beauty soap with clean palms pulling inward outward using gentle pressure.

Rinse your face with water to rinse your face until you are done with removing grime. Gently, pat your face with a soft cloth or towel, for people who were asking can use a refreshing facial napkin.

If you wear makeup, then it is significant to cleanse your skin right after you get back. Remove your makeup with some cleansing oil or micellar water. Try leaving dedicated eye-makeup removers on for a couple of minutes so that the makeup comes off more easily and here you go with a tip, avoid rubbing your eye.

Apply toner- After cleansing your skin, apply a tone if you desire to apply it but it is completely optional. What toner does is to provide a healthy layer to better absorb the rest of your skincare products. Toners treat your skin with additional nutrients, it flourishes your skin before applying any kind of face serums.

Apply toner on your face but wait what you have to do is to pour a few drops of toner on a cotton pad and then gently wipe onto your face thoroughly.

Tip for the application of toners Do not use exfoliating toner or retinoids at the same time.

  1. Apply serum- You'll be amazed that U.S women are willingly spending their money on good face serums, it is one of the biggest growths in the U.S beauty market, and women are ready to spend over $45 on these face serums.

Why Serums are so craved. Actually Serums have a property to take you to extra mile for clear skin with a healthy complexion. Doesn't that sound amazing.

It's totally up to you whether you use these face serums in morning or night. In the morning, you can use a face serum with antioxidants (brightening vitamin C serum) because the combo of antioxidants gives protection to your skin from free radicals you’ll encounter throughout your day.

But when we talk about Nighttime, it is a good time to use a serum with hyaluronic acid, and it keeps your skin from drying out at night, especially if you have undergone anti-aging or acne treatments.

Serums embody exfoliants such as alpha-hydroxy acids (AHA) or lactic acid. Whatever you’re using but always bear in mind: Water-based serums should go underneath moisturizer; oil-based serums should be applied after moisturizer.

  1. Apply a Moisturizer- Moisturizer essentially aids your skin from getting dry out, it hydrates your skin nicely. Look for a lightweight lotion accompanied ideally with SPF 30 or higher (depends on your choice). In the evening, after you are done with the above steps of skincare, you can now use a thick night cream. For people with dry skin may use a cream morning and night.

Begin spreading the moisturizer on your skin with a swirling motion of your palms until the moisturizer gets nicely absorbed into your skin.

Apparent Statistics reveal that 89% of women apply eye cream every morning and evening. One of the most common areas for fine lines and wrinkles is under the eyes.  Fine lines and wrinkles are caused by sun damage, lack of sleep, and dehydration. Eye creams assist in moisturizing, hydrating, brightening, and tightening the under-eye skin.

  1. Apply Sunscreens- So you're finally here, the last step, sun protection is the most valuable part of any skin-care regimen. Protecting your skin from UV rays can prevent skin cancer and signs of aging.

Tip to apply chemical sunscreens- For chemical sunscreens, wait for at least 20 minutes before going outside of your place.    For the sunscreen to be effective.

Recommendation Broad-spectrum SPF, sunscreens should be preferred.
